    import pysam
ImportError: No module named pysam

 

 

could you help me to figure out how to setup up pysam in this tool?

Make sure you are using or have updated to the latest release of Galaxy, are using a version of python compatible with Galaxy, and that it is in the Galaxy user's $PATH:
