Question: ngs tools missing dependencies

Hello!  I am trying to install ngs tools 0.1.8 to galaxy (via fedora 4.0.4) and am getting the following error:

I am also getting this error with centOS.  Has anyone else had this problem?  Any suggestions?

the user `cjav` is maintaining it. I would try to contact the repository maintainer via the TS and ask for support.
