Question: TOPHAT ERROR tool execution

i am trying to run my datasets and everytime it gives error have reported the error atleast 10 times but have not heard anything till now.

Hello, It appears that you were able to resolve the issues with settings and achieve successful runs already. Short sequences may be in an issue in other certain runs, so be sure to filter by length to avoid running into memory or bias issues. Please let us know if you need more help. Best, Jen
