How does one remove a file from a list of files in cuffmerge input? Thank you.

On the tool form, for each added dataset, there is a header in light brown with the label "Additional GTF Input Files". On the far right of that same brown shaded line is a small trash can. Hovering over it brings up a pop-up explaining that clicking will delete that block (dataset). Please give this a try and let us know if it does not work for you.
