This tool installs fine on a 17.01 local (default) with conda use available for managed dependencies.

Does this tool still not install into your instance? Have the dependency issues been corrected for the other tool install problems?

We should troubleshoot the conda/dependency resolution configuration first, in the original thread (https://biostar.usegalaxy.org/p/22159). Otherwise, we are starting from scratch with each tool that will not install in a different post. If additional tools will not install, just add them as a comment to the same post as extra info for troubleshooting.
