Hello,

I'm trying to analyze some Drosophila ChIP-seq data.  Since the deployment of dm6 on Flybase, about 15% of our genes map to different locations.  I love using Galaxy, but we need to strive to use the latest genome release.  Please tell me how to run my analysis on Galaxy using the dm6 genome, or how to properly beg you to upload and integrate it into Galaxy.

You can use custom reference genomes: https://wiki.galaxyproject.org/Learn/CustomGenomes
