Hello,

It seems like the "operate on genomic inervals" tool is no longer available on Galaxy.

Will it be available again?

Thank you,

Gulayse

Hello,

Where are you working? This tool group is still available at the public Main Galaxy instance at http://usegalaxy.org

I just went looking for this today too, and I didn't see it. Then I noticed it was relocated in the NGS tools, not where it used to be in the upper list.

We are in the process of reorganizing the public Main servers tool set and groups (and supporting cached data). We hope all like. More will come from the team soon. Watch our twitter thread for the latest, if you don't already. For a preview of new and updated tools, see our Test instance: http://test.galaxyproject.org/. If you happen discover an issue with a new tool (these new tools are easy to spot, the forms are completely redesigned), feel free to let us know via bug reporting. This goes for everyone. Note that existing workflows moved from Main to Test will need some edits to use to the new tools on Test, if you wish to use them. Or use directly. Same will be true once Man is updated. We put a focus on backwards compatibility, once the tools are updated Main, so that should not be an issue. Thanks, Jen, Galaxy team
