Question: compare-two-datasets not working

Hi 

I have been trying to use the tool compare-two-datasets many times over the past couple of weeks but, most of teh time it does not come up when clicked on or only partially. if I get it all in view and running with 2 data sets is eventually spits out noting.

any known issues?

Also, it's perfectly reasonable for the result of the comparison to be empty depending on what options you choose (matching rows, non-matching, which column, etc).
