Hi, My string type input includes "~", but I found galaxy turned it into "X", so my tool failed to run for the wrong input. Does anyone know how to fix it? Thanks!

Hello, You'll need to include the "~" character in both "valid_chars" and "mapped_chars" in ~/lib/galaxy/util/__init__.py. Greg Von Kuster Galaxy Development Team
