Hi,

we have assembled human transcripts with hisat+stringtie. From these we extracted the fasta sequences and obtained the ORFs. For these ORFs we have the coordinates within the corresponding transcripts.

Now we would like to obtain the genome coordinates of the ORFs. Is there any tool for Galaxy that could help us with this task?

Best, Matthias

Hello,

These ORF fasta sequences can be mapped back to the reference genome to obtain the coordinates.

Thanks! Jen, Galaxy team
