Question: DESeq2 changing name

Good Morning, I am using DESeq2 to analyze the differential expression between 2 phase of growth of my bacteria. Everything works but I don't know why in the results (both the table and the pdf) the name of my samples is change in this type of name:
X7647 StationaryXPhase X9173 StationaryXPhase X5101 StationaryXPhase
X722 LateLogXPhase X427 LateLogXPhase X518 LateLogXPhase
Phase and LateLog and Stationary were the name that I put for the FactorName but the Xnumber it is not clear for me.
There is a way to understand which name is connected to which sample ? Or to keep my original name ?
