Hi,

I want to create a trackhub for displaying all my data in UCSC Genome Browser. As suggested by UCSC, CyVerse would be a good platform to host my data. However, I need guidelines on how to send my data from my Galaxy account to CyVerse? I don't manage to locate the URLs of my uploaded BAM or created bigWig files that I want.

Any alternative web-hosts that can connect to UCSC are also welcome.

It would be great if someone can share any inputs to go about creating trackhubs.

Cheers,

Utkarsh

Hello,

UCSC is the best source for help with Track Hubs.

Galaxy export/download FAQ: https://galaxyproject.org/support/download-data/

The Galaxy download URL is available per-dataset in the Galaxy history. Some datasets have two links under the disc download icon. Example: BAM datasets have both .bam and .bam.bai, shown at 6:09 in the FAQ's linked video).

Hope that helps! Jen, Galaxy team
