I was wondering if you can add the "frogs" tool into galaxy please ? :

frogs does not seem to be wrapped for Galaxy yet - I suggest you create an issue for it on the IUC github and maybe someone will find time to work on that. You could also send an email to the devlist asking is someone has worked on it in the past.
