Question: No workflow control tool for inputing datasets

Hi, I am using the Galaxy main site and have created a workflow, however the left most tool bar lacks the Workflow Control' menu that I believe should be at the bottom, where you can select data to input. I would appreciate any solutions to this, as I would like to apply a specific file to use every time I use that workflow, rather than needing to select it from the current history each time.
