Question: My data (grooming & tophat2) processing is taking longer than ususal.

Has your job run by now?
If not, do you have other jobs running? If so, when those complete latter jobs will start up.
There are no known cluster issues at this time, but I just started a test run and will watch it to see what happens. The server has been busy.
