Question: Unable to rsync from datacache

Hello, I'm trying to rsync the genome indexes from datacache.g2.bx.psu.edu and I'm receiving the following error:

rsync -avzP rsync://datacache.g2.bx.psu.edu/indexes/phiX .
@ERROR: chroot failed
rsync error: error starting client-server protocol (code 5) at main.c(1516) [Receiver=3.0.9]

Is it possible there was a change in permissions recently upstream that could be causing this?
