I want to use a tool similar to CEAS for Chip region annotation and gene- centered annotation. But I could not find CEAS tool. Can you please help me to find a tool similar to CEAS. Thank you.

There are a few options.
Use the Cistrome Public Galaxy server, which has this tool and related tools.
Use alternate ChIP-seq analysis tools available at Galaxy Main at http://usegalaxy.org. Note that these will not quite do the same functions as this and the other domain-specific tools developed by the Cistrome team. Tutorial: https://galaxyproject.org/learn/
Consider installing the tool into a local or cloud Galaxy for your own use. It is available in the Tool Shed here.
