Question: Add stacks to galaxy

I need to work with stacks to do analyzing my data. I downloaded version of stacks I needed but How can I add those zip files to galaxy and work with them?

Tools are installed into Galaxy from Tool Shed - which serves as an app store. Tool needs to be described to Galaxy using an XML file and Tool Shed is the place where these files are shared. You can visit Tool Shed and search for stacks, it will show you some entries with tools using that software. If you believe those are the tools you are looking for install them into your Galaxy using this tutorial
