Good Morning to everyone. I am quite new in using Galaxy. In these last weeks I am trying to stitch some maf blocks for subsequent analysis with PhyloCSF, using Stitch Gene blocks. I have both the MAF file downloaded from UCSC and a 12 columns bed uploaded in Galaxy. The problem is that, independently from everything I tried, the systems return me this error: Traceback (most recent call last): File "/cvmfs/main.galaxyproject.org/galaxy/tools/maf/interval_maf_to_merged_fasta.py", line 34, in <module> from galaxy.tools.util import maf_utilities ImportError: No module named galaxy.tools.util Did someone else find the same problem? If yes, how do you solve it? Thanks a lot for the help. Barbara
