Question: unable to upload data from EBI SRA

Hello, Please try retrieving data using NCBI SRA Tools.

See this for NCBI SRA Tools usage in importing paired end data.

Connections to the EBI SRA server can at times be problematic and this is likely due to load at their site. We recommend trying again when this occurs. Sometimes a load will be successful immediately after a failed load, other times waiting a short time works better.
