DEPRECATED tools in Galaxy

Hi, Nearly most of the tools have been listed under "DEPRECATED" in Galaxy main instance (https://usegalaxy.org/). I just wonder what that means? I am aware of "GATK Tools" but not sure why the others have been listed here. Cheers, Ali

Update: The tool panel was restored to the original ordering about an hour ago.

The same tools are DEPRECATED again. I believe we just have to be patient and wait until everything goes back to normal?

I saw this as well last night. It only lasted for a short time. Seems to be back again. I will make sure this is known to the admins here.

All is related to the maintenance in progress. When the banner is removed from http://usegalaxy.org the server will be clear to use without running into problems. It can still be used now for some activities successfully.
