I have tried to run the cufflinks tool once and again trying to select different options, but non of them work. Always I have the same error and I don't know what does it mean. This is the error: cufflinks v2.2.1 cufflinks -q --no-update-check -I 300000 -F 0.100000 -j 0.150000 -p 10 -G /jetstream/scratch0/main/jobs/13118130/inputs/dataset_8228101.dat -b /cvmfs/data.galaxyproject.org/byhand/mm10/sam_index/mm10.fa /jetstream/scratch0/main/jobs/13118130/inputs/dataset_16050676.dat

Can someone help me?

Thanks in advance,

Iraia

Hello,

For any following, this job is on the edge of being too large to execute at Galaxy Main. However, often re-runs using Jetstream are successful. The exact error differs between clusters when the job does fail. If you run into this type of issue (a job that is sometimes too large to execute), try re-running on Jetstream as well (a few times) or work can be moved to a local or cloud Galaxy.

Section 2.8 of the Galaxy support wiki explains alternatives for working with data/jobs that exceed the compute resources at http://usegalaxy.org: https://wiki.galaxyproject.org/Support
