Not sure what just happened, I was working away quite happily when all my work simply disappeared!!! I have lost everything in my history and I have no idea how!! - Does anyone know how this could be? I was logged in.

Hi

Just double checking: Do you have more than one history? Try the 'view all histories' button in the top right corner.

Hello,

Hans-Rudolf's advice is the way to go. I checked your account and see three active histories.

Thanks, Jen, Galaxy team

Thanks for responding. I did view all histories prior to posting and at that time none were present, so it is still a mystery to me.

Where are you using Galaxy? Galaxy Main (http;//usegalaxy.org) or at another server? Local, cloud, or other public instance?

All histories are saved on Galaxy Main by default. Even deleted histories can be located by the user. Perhaps you accidentally deleted since I last checked? Look in Saved Histories using the Advanced Search with option status set to "all".

There were three active histories present at Galaxy Main for the account linked with this Galaxy Biostars account. Be certain to use only one account (registered or anonymous) at the Main public server or odd results may occur. Multiple accounts are automatically detected and can hinder access. https://usegalaxy.org/static/terms.html
