The job has been waiting to run for so long, even more than one day for a data. I am not sure what might the problems could be.  I am trying to re-uploading them through FTP and Fetch data, and make sure that I run with the right attributes and data types.

Hello,

If a job is grey (queued) or yellow (executing) it is best to leave it alone to complete. More details: https://wiki.galaxyproject.org/Support#Dataset_status_and_how_jobs_execute

The wait time for jobs on the public Galaxy server at http://usegalaxy.org is dependent on how many other jobs you are running and how busy the server and clusters are with other tasks. This wait can be over a day for certain cases and/or job types. Stopping and restarting jobs has no benefit - replacement jobs are added in at end of the queue again, extending wait times.

I hope this helps, Jen, Galaxy team
