The job has been waiting to run for so long, even more than one day for a data. I am not sure what might the problems could be.  I am trying to re-uploading them through FTP and Fetch data, and make sure that I run with the right attributes and data types.

If a job is grey (queued) or yellow (executing) it is best to leave it alone to complete. More details:

The wait time for jobs on the public Galaxy server at is dependent on how many other jobs you are running and how busy the server and clusters are with other tasks. This wait can be over a day for certain cases and/or job types. Stopping and restarting jobs has no benefit - replacement jobs are added in at end of the queue again, extending wait times.

I hope this helps, Jen, Galaxy team
