Question: History column wouldn't show the content

Hello,

My history column remains empty and wouldn't show its content even after pressing the reload button. Logging off from the account and then loggging on again does not help either. My space usage is about 45%. I can see the content when I execute Show Structure from the history menu, but not on the side bar. I read the forum and the problem seems to pop-up time to time. This problem happened to me when cuffdiff was running. I use https://usegalaxy.org/

Please try again now. There may have been a brief server issue. (When I take a look, the panel appears).

If the problem still exists - try a different browser. Chrome, Firefox, and Safari are the best choices. If you can narrow down the problem to a specific browser, we would very much like to have that feedback.

Thanks! I use Firefox and the history pane got back to normal after I cleaned up browser cache and restarted my computer.
