Question: Galaxy History issue

Hi,

I have migrated my SQLAlchemy schema from 120 to 121 after I got the following message when starting server:

Exception: Your database has version '120' but this code expects version '121'. Please backup your database and then migrate the schema by running 'sh manage_db.sh -c ./universe_wsgi.ini upgrade'.

After that, I could restart server and login into galaxy....but the main problem is:

I am unable to see any items in galaxy history....I tried to upload new files, but they dont show up in history. Basically my galaxy history is all blank(unable to view any history items). I used to get it before migrating it.

 

Can you please help me in fixing this issue as soon as possible.

The first thing I would try to do is clear your browsers cache. If that doesn't help, can you check the javascript console for any errors?

Yes I got the history back after clearing the browser’s cache.
