Question: Cufflinks "perform quartile normalization" issue

Hello,

I'm trying to run cufflinks in Galaxy (Galaxy Tool Version 2.2.1.0) with the quartile normalization option, but I can't see it anywhere. I have "perform bias Correction", but I don't see any "perform quartile normalization".

What am I doing wrong?

This normalization has been updated in recent versions of the tool. Look under the option "Library normalization method".  The choices are defined in the manual here: http://cole-trapnell-lab.github.io/cufflinks/cuffdiff/index.html#library-normalization-methods
