Question: Problem creating dataset collection paired sample list

We have multiple batches of 96 samples that we have been analyzing on the usegalazy.org server using a dataset collection approach. We are now migrating to our own local server and are having trouble creating the dataset collection paired sample lists. After selecting the samples to be included in the pairs, we are able to identify which samples will be paired in the "Create a collection of paired datasets" window, but upon clicking the "Create List" button at the bottom, we receive the following error in a red banner at the top of the window:

An error occurred while creating this collection: Not Found.

Unfortunately, this is not a very descriptive error. Does anyone have suggestions for how to resolve this problem?

I do not know what the problem is. I would check the server logs for an error message - there is hopefully an exception in there somewhere that is more informative.

For instance in my local logs I have something like:

127.0.0.1 - - [17/Jul/2015:11:13:30 +0100] "POST /api/histories/03501d7626bd192f/contents/dataset_collections HTTP/1.1" 200 .....

That 200 after means it succeeded - in your case that will probably be a different number. If you can find this line and there is no extra logging around it indicating the problem we can work on improving the logging until we figure out the problem.
