Hi all. I'm having trouble running fastx_clipper, which always returns an error like the following when I try to use it:

zcat: can't stat: /Users/vanopijn/galaxy/database/files/000/dataset_384.dat (/Users/vanopijn/galaxy/database/files/000/dataset_384.dat.Z): No such file or directory fastx_clipper: Premature End-Of-File (filename ='-')

Is this something anyone else has encountered, and do you know if it's a problem with fastx_clipper itself or something indicating a problem with the way my local instance of Galaxy is saving / accessing files? Thank you.

Haven't seen this before. Have you tested it with multiple input files?

Yep! I've tried lots of different FASTQ files, and they all return the same Premature End-Of-File error.
