Question: len file/entry failure for custom builds

Hello,
I've been trying to load either a .len file or do a manual length entry for a custom build, and I keep getting the following error message:
objectstore,_call_method failed: get_filename on , kwargs:{}
Is this a bug? I've failed on two different custom builds now and I would like to know what is happening.

OK, thanks. I will give this some testing right now to ensure there is not a global issue. If that passes, then the issue is most likely the format of the .len file input. Extra spaces/tabs/empty lines will be problematic, if you want to troubleshoot that while I am testing. Jen
