Dear All,

I really hope it is a trivial question that can be easily resolved. I would like ot look at the individual replicates in cummeRbund. I ran the cuffdiff on the Galaxy main server and got 15 files. of these I know how to rename them per the manual but there are 4 which contain the replicate information that I do not know what to do with. What is the naming convention for these files? If I don't do this i have no replicate information and I really don't kow how to build these files into the database.

Thank you for all the help

Best

Hello,

The "gene/transcript" information can be traced back in the Cufflinks output to determine the source. Do this for one, create a workflow, then use for the rest. "Filter" or "Select" along with "Join" can be useful tools for these operations.

Thanks, Jen, Galaxy team
