I was wondering if there was a function in galaxy where if I input two (or more) Bed files where peak calling has taken place the output can be a bed file (or anything tangible) that only contains the common peaks between the two samples used as input.

I have two cell populations that ChIP-seq has been done on and I would like to see if they share common areas of enrichment.

Thanks
