Hello All,

I'm using CuffDiff online at usegalaxy.org and keep running into  "Unknown error occurred while processing request"

I am able to select my merged transcripts and name my two conditions, but when I move onto the parameters, specifically at "Perform Bias Correction" (changing NO to YES), this error keeps popping up - even before hitting 'Execute'.

Has anyone had experience with this?

Hello,

I am unable to duplicate this on the public Main Galaxy instance. Is this coming up as a pop-up message? Perhaps it was transitory. Could you please try again?

Best, Jen, Galaxy team

Hi Jen,

Went to the main public instance today to try again, but I'm getting blank pages when trying to select the tools on the leftmost bar. I tried several tools under 'NGS: RNA-seq', 'BEDTools', and 'Convert Formats', all blank. I'm running in Firefox 35.0.1 are there any known issues with the browser?

Thanks for your help!

EDIT: It seems to be working fine now. I will give it another go!

The public Main server has been undergoing some updates which may have impacted performance over the last few days. Please try this again now.

If you continue to have problems, please share a history and send the share link, along with a link to this biostar post, to our help list galaxy-bugs at galaxyproject dot org. If there in an example run with the same parameters selected, please note that in your email. Note which inputs you are using (dataset #'s) and if possible capture a screenshot of the settings. We won't be able to duplicate your issue without knowing the exact settings and inputs.

Or - if this will work - you might also just try submitting the job to create an error dataset, then submit that as a bug report, putting the biostar link and other information into the comments.

Sorry that this has been problematic, Jen, Galaxy team
