It looks like this is a local instance, and not It looks like your version of numpy (in /HOME/galaxy/.local) was installed with Python 2.6 but Galaxy is running tools using Python 2.7. For this to work correctly, you'll need to reinstall numpy using Python 2.7.

Many tools are being migrated to the Galaxy Tool Shed, where dependencies (such as numpy) will automatically be installed for you when installing tools like the Group tool. However, the Group tool itself has not yet been migrated to the Tool Shed.
