I get the following error using BWA :

Error moving output file before removing headers. [Errno 28] No space left on device.

Curiously it always happens with the same dataset. Running the same BWA with other datasets of the same size does not give this error.. All of the datasets come from the same Hiseq experiment and were treated the same.

How do I get raound this error ?

Thank you,

One of the cluster nodes used to run jobs of this type had a full /tmp filesystem. This has been fixed. Sorry for the inconvenience.
