Question: Tophat version avaliable in June 2012

Hello,

I unfortunately dont have access to which version of Tophat I used when mapping RNASeq data in June of 2012. Is it possible it was version 1.1.4 or is there a way of finding out which version of Tophat was used to map a given bam file? It looks like my recent tophat output files are using version 1.3.3

The version of each tool should be stored as metadata for each dataset. To access the metadata you can click the 'i' symbol in your dataset.
