Question: Principal Component Analysis

Hi,

When I'm running Principal Component Analysis in GALAXY it gives me error:

Encountered error while performing PCA on the input data: Error in cov.wt(z) : 'x' must contain finite values only

I also reran on a dataset that i previously ran with the PCA (ran fine in the past) and now it gives the same error.

Any help would be appreciated
