Question: Make Publish Histories Only Available To Specific Users

Hello I am wondering whether it is possible to publish histories so that only certain users can see them. Histories that are published, rather than shared, appear to be more searchable. It might difficult to accumulate enough to make a search worth it. Another option is to add in dataset permissions. Groups and/or roles can be set up by the instance administrator and then datasets assigned to these. Libraries are other option, if the intention is to be sharing/importing data, as it reduces duplication.
