Hi,
I try to put a tool which use index data in a local toolshed. Planemo test and planemo serve works but when I try to update the toolshed repo it doesn't work.I have some error in the tool_shed_webapp.log

I don't understand, I have a tool_data_table_conf.xml and a bwa_index. loc in the repo and planemo serve find the index
