I´ve working in phage sequencing and I want to know if there´s a galaxy tool or a server where I can put these data and make a circos plot in galaxy, I mean, I need a tool where I could insert the parameters I want.

Hi curroprieto0! Just wanted to let you know that I developed the circos tool whilst working at a phage lab. It's available on both https://usegalaxy.eu and https://cpt.tamu.edu/galaxy-pub/ (where they have a ton of phage related tools!)
