Question: (Closed) Stringtie analysis- data collection BAM files lined up for analysis but no progress

My files have been queued up for Stringtie analysis for more than 48 hours. I am not getting any error either. Can anyone help ? Thanks, Puja

PS: Be sure to check the state of the inputs. If any have are empty or have metadata issue, you will need to kill the Stringtie jobs, fix the upstream problems, then rerun.

The HiSAT2 generated data collection files do not show any error. So I can presume that the upstart files are good, am I correct ?
