Question: MiModD request for installation

Hello, can you please install MiModD onto usegalaxy.org server? MiModD is available from the main Galaxy Tool Shed and more information can be found here http://mimodd.readthedocs.io/en/latest/install_toolshed.html.

It requires installing mimodd_main, mimodd_aln and mimodd_snpeff

You may want to give the tool a try there, while waiting for it to become available on your side of the Atlantic. Only mimodd_main is installed there though, but you can align reads with bowtie2 (just make sure you provide sample information in the bowtie tool interface) and use the regular SnpEff wrappers for annotation. The basic worklow is described in this training material.
