Hi, I am a new beginnner doing ChIP-seq analysis using Galaxy. For the analysis, I am following tutorials I found on the web. After I uploaded my data, I have build a dataset list to process the datasets. During mapping of reads, one of the datasets gave an error. So, I processed this particular once again as a single dataset (worked out this time). Now, I want to add/put back this particular one back to the list. Is that possible at all or can I unbuild the dataset list and then put those single datasets together?

Thanks in advance, Zeynep

Dataset lists (or collections) are created immutable (the instance cannot be changed). However I believe you can achieve your goal by using the tools from 'Collection operations' section on usegalaxy.org. Namely using Filter failed tool to remove the erred datasets and then creating a new list with the dataset(s) in ok state and using the Merge Collections tool to create new collection that has all the datasets in ok state.
