Dear all,

I am faced with a strange problem.

2 days ago I run deseq2 on a few htseq count tables in Galaxy and I got the result.

Yesterday when I tried to rerun deseq2 it does not recognize htseq count tables already present in my history.

Only the topmost data set which is cuffdiff out put is shown.

It seems that Galaxy does not access to the full history.

Can anybody explain the source of this problem?

Thank you in advance

Nazanin

Hello,

To see all inputs, click inside the box where datasets are selected. This transforms the select into a list view. All potential datasets are not included in the default select view when a history contains over 100 datasets (a recent change to address a specific performance issue with large histories).

Visually, the view will change from this: http://imgur.com/a/QxVD5

To this: http://imgur.com/a/UFezF

If you want me to delete those links after you see them, let me know. The data is anonymous (content cannot be viewed) but you decide.

Hope this helps! Jen, Galaxy team
