Question: citing apps in Galaxy

My question, do I have to cite all apps which I have used to process NGS data in Galaxy.

Tools are analysis materials and should be cited the same as if your analysis was done outside of Galaxy. Most Galaxy wrapped tools have citation information included at the bottom of the tool form. Author information is also available in the Tool Shed.

Thanks, for Concatenate datasets tail-to-head (cat) no citation is possible, to my opinion.
