Hello,

I am running DeSeq2 on tophat Htseq converted files. The job is marked red with an error, but I did get an analysis of differentially expressed genes. I am wondering if this error can be ignored and whether I can trust the outputted results. The error is coming from "Error in text(x = c(0, length(h1$counts)), y = 0, label = paste(c(0, 1)), : object 'h1' not found".

Hi Linda,

This tool has known issues at http://usegalaxy.org. An updated version of the tool is pending an updated installation. Please follow this ticket to learn when it is ready for use again: https://github.com/galaxyproject/tools-iuc/issues/988

As for any partial outputs - my guess is that they are probably OK, or mostly OK, but that isn't certain. I suggest waiting for the update.

Sorry for the inconvenience and thanks for reporting the problem,

Jen
