Does anyone know of a tool/workflow that would "join" or "paste" a collection (list) of tab delimited files (htseq-count output) into a single table? Ideally, joining the files on the first column and pasting the second column of each file into a table... I'm sure I could write such a thing, but wondered if one already existed.

It's the "join two datasets" tool, which would need to be run multiple times. Presuming you wanted to use DESeq2 then there's no need to do this.

Thanks, running multiple times is exactly what I'd like to avoid. And no, this would be for other downstream purposes, not DESeq2.
