Is it possible to allow anonymous log in and galaxy log in Proftpd server?

Anonymous FTP data transfer is not implemented within Galaxy because any data uploaded with this method needs to be associated with an account. That account is the destination for the data. FTP uploaded files appear in the Upload tool where they can be loaded into a history. Only the account used to FTP load the data has direct access through the Galaxy UI.

FTP uses the same credentials as the target Galaxy user account. These credentials (email and password) are set when the Galaxy account is registered and are the same as used to log in after that.
