Question: Optional workflow input parameters

Hi all,

I wanted to enquire whether a workflow on the main Galaxy instance could be created with an optional number of input parameters, that when selected could trigger different pathways as long as a predefined minimum number of input parameters was satisfied?

Such a workflow cannot be created in Galaxy currently. Support for conditionally choosing different subpaths in a workflow is planned.

Progress will be update here (https://github.com/galaxyproject/galaxy/issues/1928) under Workflow > Decision Points.
