Hi~ I got a problem when I fetching alignments recently (Fetch Alignment/Sequences-Stitch Gene Blocks).

When I change the MAF type from 100-way to 46-way, the items below(the species track) will not change. Thus I cannot use 46-way alignment as before. Since lots of my previous data were properly aligned by using 46-way, for consistency, I would like to still use this MAF type. Could anyone please help me to figure it out?

Thanks so much!

Hello,

Thanks for reporting the issue. I can reproduce this at http://usegalaxy.org (Galaxy Main). It is not clear yet if the issue is present only at Main (configuration problem) or if it is a tool bug, but this will be a part of the next testing steps. A ticket has been opened that can be followed for the resolution: https://github.com/galaxyproject/galaxy/issues/2828

Our apologies for the confusion, Jen, Galaxy team

Hi Jen,

Many thanks for the response. But I am still wondering whether this problem will be fixed in a few days or maybe sometime later this year? Thus I could reschedule my project in time. Thanks!

Best wishes, Sunny

I cannot give a firm time estimate about a fix, but I can say that it is unlikely to be completed and ready at http://usegalaxy.org in a few days. The timeline is more like a few weeks to a few months.
